Re-uploading the video and branding it as your own is just not right. You have to give credit to the original uploader. I embed videos on some of my blogs and always give the link back.. It's just how it should be.

Good tips Duncan! I've just recently purchased a domain name for my new blog and got lucky. Although, it breaks the rule on domain name length for having 16 letters on it. But, I still believe that it's a good name because of a "Newspaper sounding" type of name. "The Daily Contributor"
