The g4dn.xlarge instances I'm using here are not part of the AWS Free Tier, so yes you definitely will still have costs.

My girlfriend (hi Pechay! ♥) has been dropping hints everywhere for me to bake her something. Absolutely everywhere!

"This is good pie! (You should make me one.)"
"That tiramisu looks nice. (Hey, you should try your hand at it!)"
"OMG that chiffon looks adorable! (I kind of want mine in lemon though.)"

You know what I mean. It's absolutely nuts!
But, of course, I'm here to impress. And while I believe that you can make and bake your cake without a mixer (and build those biceps), a KitchenAid 7-Speed Hand Mixer™ will definitely cut enough time off prep to, maybe, arrange a bouquet for her even.

So yeah. If I win your hand mixer, I'll whip something up for my girlfriend (I'm thinking cheesecake cupcakes), and just plainly, matter-of-factly make her day. I'll even send you guys an update of how it went (and if I did get those flowers in as well). :D

These days, I tend to actually call them just plain "anonymous functions" or "lambdas". "Function expressions" work too. The way lambdas are called in C#.net come to mind. :)

Point well taken. But for purposes of illustration, I just thought to break that piece of code down for clarity. As you can see in the next example, I'm doing exactly what you're suggesting.

Yeah, I admit I did. Thankfully, this post is four months old, and I've switched the benchmarks over for something that does it properly.

Results aren't that clear-cut, but LINQ still gets by with better performance. I'll update this as soon as I have time.

Getting your unique visits and time on site is just a matter of using the right metrics in your Google API call (e.g. above, I used the "pageviews" metric. You'll probably want the same, or the "newVisits" metric, along with the "timeOnPage" and/or "timeOnSite" metrics.)

There are quite a number of dimensions and metrics available for your use (you can review them at http://bit.ly/434TJc, which is the Dimensions and Metrics reference mentioned above), so you can imagine that running an example of every single combination that every single reader will need is just impractical.

I suggest having a quick scan of what's available to you on the link I just provided, and if you need some more assistance after, feel free to shoot me a line via my contact page.

If you ask me actually, I'd say that of all the presidentiables who are most suspicious of fraud, it would be Estrada. Everyone (and I'm not exaggerating!) was pretty much surprised with how well he performed during the counts.

When most everyone was expecting an Aquino - Villar standoff, he suddenly comes up from nowhere and squeezes in between.
