If you read the indictments in the “fisherman” case referenced—you will see that there was an active attempt to hide their income by among other things , using false identification —I would think that the IRS so-called “whistleblower” could see the difference with the Hunter Biden case .

Since so-called "tort reform " in WV there has been no increase in the percentage of WVU Medical graduates staying in WV. Additionally I would like to know the name of any hospital or physician who charges their patients less than they did in2004 since malpractice premiums have decreased and the number of lawsuits have been cut in half.

The study referred to was from 2006 and only included cases from 1984-2004--before the tort reform of 2003 in WV--additionally an example of one of the so-called non-meritorious cases was of a woman who saw a doctor for 4 years for breast exams but then was found to have metastatic cancer-obviously missed by the doctor--some might believe that case to be meritorious--also the study showed that 60%of the cases had merit but that the doctors and insurance companies forced a lawsuit to be filed clearly adding to the cost as well as being unfair and wrong.
