Our blue lid bin never got emptied today reason why 3 small face wipes and fag ash from a ashtray it seems we have committed a crime against the bin gestapo but what are suppose to do with these items no explanation of were we should dispose of these items it bloody ridiculous the council are not using common sense.

HI JUST HAD SAME TYPE OF CALL THIS MORNING 11.00 SATURDAY 11/04/2009 .I TOLD HIM THOUGHT IT WAS A SCAM AND PUT PHONE DOWN NOW I,M WORRIED AS TO HOW HE OBTAINED MY HOME PHONE NUMBER AND MY NAME ANYONE ANY IDEAS.
