Not at all. Rape can't be justified when it's against the innocent. They deserves what they dished out.

And I'll bet the families of the girl wouldn't lose much sleep knowing he gets what's coming to him.

So I agree with you, but I believe their sentence should be even tougher than a usual maximum.

Not only did they rape her, the 17 year old pushed a metal rod up inside her.

He should be gang-raped in prison for the rest of his life for doing that.

I agree. But only up to a certain point.

But Bollywood isn't the only ones to make movies like that. Hollywood and others are also responsible.

Having said that, these scum most likely already have it in them to do these things. Movies just push them a little further to go out and do it.

Agreed. When there are witnesses to positively identify the perpetrators of a crime like this, they deserve the death penalty.

Including the 17 year. Especially this 17 year old.

Having said that, this lot should be given life without parole in general population. That way they can feel what it's like to get raped and left for dead.

And once they're better, they get it all over again. They deserve it.
