nearly the same thing happend here in Germany a few month ago. And the husband tried to get his daughter back for more than 5 years. Im not sure how the court will handle this, since the mother also has her rights to stay with her daughter?

Im from Germany, so please sorry my english is something is wrong. I belive that the ring should be returned to the donor if it is cancelled before the wedding, after the wedding the ring should stay to given one-!!!-

We here in Germany cant understand sometimes whats going on in the US. How is this possible to "detain a U.S. resident in a U.S. prison indefinitely without charge, without having to prove to some federal judge somewhere that he poses a real danger?"

Its the same on here in Germany. All Big ones like BMW, Mercedes, Audi and so on got such big big problems and are supported with BILLIONS.
