Did they not live through (or watch) the first movie?

2) I didn't intend to belittle ILM's contribution, and I did say it was fantastic, but it just isn't enough to save the movie.

3) I think my use of the word 'spooge' balances out my use of 'Pavlovian response'.

4) I called them robots but I also referred to them as sentient, which is why I questioned how they could accept being caged in car-form during their off-hours.

5) I agree with you on Jetfire, but that raises an interesting question... if Decepticons can learn and be rehabilitated, why was NEST rushing around killing all the ones in hiding? They weren't hurting people, in fact they were probably helping to build homes, hospitals, and strip clubs under the guise of construction equipment, yet no one tried talking to them before attacking.

Re: Why ‘Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen’ Is The Summer’s Worst Movie (And Why McG May Deserve An Apology)

Cakes are delicious!

1) The only criticism I had of them as robots was in their utter inability to target and hit what they were aiming for... seems that feature should be fairly standard.

2) Glad we agree on the Decepticon genocide. Not true. The action was good, there was a very simple plot, and Chris Klein was absolute comedy gold. I recommend owning movies you'll get repeat value from, and Chun Li is entertaining on multiple viewings. I promise.

2. It was hard and it took watching the movie again and again but I eventually came to the conclusion that a rental was the wisest choice.

3. Excellent.

4. Maybe not awful, but certainly boring. I enjoy slow movies if they're interesting and engaging (see The Pledge), but this movie was neither. I don't agree with your well-written assessment though.
