Hey jw. since most of us have already used the tethered jailbreak and probably downloaded tons of stuff..... how do we go about keeping everything we've downloaded and still upgrade to the untethered??? I really dont wont to have to download everything again.

Hey guys i know this has been asked other times in other blogs. but...... does anyone know if there is a way to enable the ipt2g to play movies and music on the xbox 360. there has to be someway someone could make it work. I mean look what you can do with the ipod already.

This is kinda strange but here it goes. ive been messing with different kinds of themes for winterboard and this morning after it resprung my ipod touch thought it was a iphone. In the top left corner instead of ipod it shows no service, in settings it has a airplane mode toggle, and in the about page it says carrier: (null) (null). And if i have a pass code lock on it, it has a button to call emergency but it dont work. Ive tried respringing but it does the same thing and comes up with a notice saying waiting for activation. It doesnt affect anything but id like to know if anybody else has noticed this. And is it alright.

hey does anybody know if the sweettooth (bluetooth hack) in cydia would work on the ipod touch 2g. just wondering since the ipt2g has a bluetooth chip.

callmebam....... you seem like you know what your talking about. so if i downloaded winterboard right now and then rebooted my ipod touch with cywood jailbreak would it erase everything i have on it. Because iv had to resync several times from having to rejailbreak.

Okay i can get it into dfu mode but the libusb doesnt work properly. when i install it my usb ports stop working, but ive already made it compatible. any help would be great. i can get it into dfu mode but when i try to upload the dfu file it doesnt do anything
