I always download the free app before i purchase the app that costs money. I'll probably download a few different ones a month but end up only buying one or two.

It is absolutely killing the industry. There are so many sites out there just giving away content that other sites are carding and arm and a leg for. Its a shame that those whom work as hard as they do aren't getting what they deserve.

The shorter the URL, the easier it is too remember for potential visitors. It creates easier branding for websites as well has improves any AD's ability too attract visitors.

As a part-time agent with a primary job, I work with a partner part-time agent whom can work day-time clients where i work them night-time. We split the weekends. It is very difficult otherwise to provide clients with proper care and attention.

I personally think it needs to be expanded. We need to include a wider range of persons willing to invest in properties. We need to improve our housing market, as quickly as possible. The wider the range the better.

The tax credit for first time buyers is just a bonus for those first time buyers that were already planing on buying a home. Maybe a few of those whom were in appts and thinking about moving, but that's it. In my opinion!

No matter what you do, you always need to watch out for scammers. They will be in every area, where money can be exchanged. You need to always protect yourself, and be mindful of whom you give you money too.

There is always going to be a conflicting interest when a transaction has a duel agency agreement. The agent needs to stay neutral and support both sides equally. Most agent find this hard and unknowingly lend to a side. There is definitely something too be said about it. Great post.

Some companies just dont understand the impact twitter can have. It is extremely strong because it can spread extremely quick. Your clients can be tainted forever by a bad comment.

Real estate agents were portrayed back in the day as sly and misleading. I think that has changed, but the public's mental image hasn't. Real estate agents help person find the home of their dreams. I am sure that its all a matter of whom each persons has had contact with, but in general I think would should be respected alittle more.
