Their system has been built around players that excel in the xball format. They dont practice 7man in any way. Easy decsion for SP to save money and keep their employees home and working. The spot wont be filled as any team coming in would be starting with "ZERO" points. Rules only allow a team to change a max of 2 rostered players in the pro div and keep the seed points.
