I'm waiting on the next version of the Macbook Pro, it will be the lightest, most beautiful laptop ever I'm sure. With no ports and charges in only 12 hours through a wireless charging mat, it can display screen savers in amazing color for up to 4 hours. Apple will show their "Courage" by not having a keyboard either nor a touch screen. According to Jony Ive, those are 20th century technologies and are obsolete.

I guess they don't realize that JPEG's from a camera ARE RAW files, just processed in camera with whatever profile is selected which can be modified just like on a computer since the camera IS a computer?

I love landscape photography, especially waterfalls. Autumn is great too with the fall colors and the mountains and lakes.

Yeah I don't listen (and the wife keeps telling me that) and I upgraded, crashes every time on my new Mac Mini with El Capitan. Tried the "Fix", it didn't work so I followed your downgrade instructions. First MS Office 2016 and now Lightroom on the Mac (El Capitan), I'm starting to think it's El Capitan of the Titanic :-(

I like Canon, I do think they need to catch up on some things but I feel 2015 will see most if not all of them.

If it's in .mobi it should transfer, I've had one that didn't work, if you need to convert, try a program called "Calibre". It can convert most formats to the Kindle. Once I converted the ".mobi" to mobi and put it on the Kindle, it worked perfectly.

Surely we can get a satellite phone provider to sponsor and provide a phone and some airtime when Roz sets sail again. A shame when you think a company has no problems dropping a few millions on a sports celebrity to stand and say they eat a hot dog or wear a certain brand of shoe.

I love this. I've been looking/wanting a shoutcast App for my Ipod Touch for the longest. I stream out my XM PCR from home to listen to at work. Plus throwing in TWIT broadcasting is like the icing on the cake. I can do shoutcast listening easy on my WinMo phone but the Iphone is looking better by the minute. If only they would put a replaceable battery and add bluetooth stereo and, and ....maybe a microSDHC card in it?

I've enjoyed keeping track of your Taz adventure and love the pictures. I think trips like this would be great for beginning students of photography. Fun and learning at the same time.

NOW they decide to add podcast support. I still don't get why Microsoft doesn't rally all their assets together and integrate them as well as Apple does. Seems that it should be more of a portable media center extender AND drop the DRM for crying out loud. Audio and Video YOU record should be allowed to be used on a device much as you can any other archive method.

I think the Nokia picture is much better than the Iphone. I still like the Iphone overall but it seems a case of a little too little too late. No bluetooth stereo, GPS, replacable battery, memory card slot, open applications, etc. I have been looking at a lot of upgrades for my aging PPC-6700 and have pretty much decided on the newly released ATT Tilt from HTC. Has all the above and more.
