Step #1 of tha Adjustable Rate Transaction Tax (ARTT) method of taxation recommends the total elimination of the income tax upon 90% of taxpayers in lieu of a 1.2% tax on all purchases made by both business &amp;amp; @ the retail level. Steps 2—4 delve into elimination of the SS/Med tax &amp;amp; taxes on business profits with the bottom line being reducing the overall cost of goods &amp;amp; services while simultaineously increasing the take home pay for all taxpayers while still funding Government. Why– Why Can we not get some national exposure for such a method of tax reform? The ARTT method comes no where near taxing in double digits like the fair tax or the flat tax rates of 20+% so why can we not take a serious look into this method?&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">ray154751</dc:creator><pubDate>Sun, 15 Jun 2008 13:55:43 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
