INDIE horror film casting in southern Arizona! A small independant film company (RAMPANT ENTERTAINMENT) is in preproduction on a film called RENOVATION. The story takes place largely in an abandon hotel as several people serch for a stash of money never recovered from a bank heist 20 years earlier.

Set to begin shooting at the historic Hotel Del Sol in Yuma Arizona (Used in "The Getaway" 1994) this no to low budget project will be shot in HD DV. Crew so far is comprised of film students from Pheonix and LasVegas, as well as local Yuma artists. Flintframe Productions (THE HUNT FOR GOLLUM) are on board to provide digital effects and sound design.

The company also has a deal with the city to use the Hotel, sans location fee, in exchange for a percentage on the back ent that will go toward the restoration of the Hotel Del Sol witch has been unoccupide for alomost 25 years. The building is it disrepair and has been damaged by squaters but is structuraly sound, so the hope is that the film will do well enough for the city to renovate it and reopen it.
