Still, it might disrupt the story-line or mess up their line of thinking while they write though.

Re: Christopher Paolini: Will Be 4 Books instead of 3

uh, dude. 4 isn't out yet. Unless you mean you've been waiting for book 4 for 4 months, I don't know what to tell you.

Re: Christopher Paolini: Will Be 4 Books instead of 3

That would defeat the purpose of a single author on a single book, and some people might consider using fan ideas as plagerism. You realize that most of the time the author has already decided how to end thier book or series right? They usually have a plan for thier books, although as they go along they may add or change things.

Re: Christopher Paolini: Will Be 4 Books instead of 3

Hahahaha, thats about as likely to happen as I am to finsish my books this summer.
But thankyou.
C,P. as far as I know doesn't look at these comments. And besides, He will already have figured out how to end the fourth book already, so comments won't have an impact.

Re: Christopher Paolini: Will Be 4 Books instead of 3

Ok, what I mean is in a sense, Eragon. In a certain point of view, he will die. He's a rider now, right? That would overtime wash away the nature of his human side over time. That process has been altered and sped up, with the whole half elf thing. His link to Saphira also makes him dragon-like in some ways. and the funny part is he technically a dwarf by right.
What I'm saying is Eragon might actually not have to leave Algaesia, just Eragon the Farmer, if you know what I mean.

Re: Christopher Paolini: Will Be 4 Books instead of 3

That's ok. Still, the person who will probably die is Nassuada. Compared to everyone else in the story, she's the most likely one to die. Next to her, Elva and Trianna, then Katrina/Roran, Arya, Nar Garhzvog, Orik, and so on. I wonder if maybe Eragon might die?
Oh! I just got an idea! What if what Angela means by "You'll leave Algaesia forever" is that a part of him leaves Algaesia forever, like his full human side when he becomes a rider/elf thing.

Re: Christopher Paolini: Will Be 4 Books instead of 3

You're putting a lot of faith in the fact that Arya will actually end up loving Eragon. I'm not confident in that respect. It is not neccesary for Eragon to win Arya's affection to the plot of the story. A hero does not always get whom or what they want. More often they get what they need. Another thing is the fact that Eragon will have to teach the next Dragon and Rider. It would be convenient if Arya was made a dragon rider. But who would Eragon teach then? Just her dragon? And would not Saphira handle a majority of that training?

I know I sound a bit cynical and pessimistic, but the thing is I dpn't always look for the happy ever after in a story because that's not always what happens. It may not be the ending I was looking for, but sometimes I prefer the ending the writer comes up with.

Re: Christopher Paolini: Will Be 4 Books instead of 3

It was to my opinion that Eragon would leave Algaesia forever at one point. Remember Angela's prediction and Eragon's dream? Roran is very likely to become King, but perhaps not of the Varden. Nassuada chose Eragon to lead the Varden if she should die, which I'm confident she will. I'm unsure of what will become of the Dragon's and Rider's of Algaesia. Eragon and Arya might leave, maybe with the elves, to go rebuild the riders elsewhere to return later on. I don't know. What I'm curious about is who the egg will hatch for; the last one. I wonder if Arya or someone else might get it. Arya seems to be the most popular choice, but maybe not the most likely. What about Elva? She has the "shining brow" upon her forehead from Saphira. She might be the next rider. Roran probably won't.

Re: Christopher Paolini: Will Be 4 Books instead of 3

It's ok, I'm not aobut to lose my sanity over an article you can't remember. So, Sharktooth the island? Hmm. I think another set of characters might enter the tale at this point, such as the Grey Folk, or one of the first riders (no one said they died).

Re: Christopher Paolini: Will Be 4 Books instead of 3

I looked up Sharktooth and yeah, it's right next to Kuasta in the book maps.
Maybe that's the name he's looking for? The name the Ra'Zaac mentioned G. was looking for before he died. Unless the name is the name of the ancient language or something.
What do you mean by guidance?
