But are they really "phones" any more or PDA's with modems and microphones?

Re: What’s Your Favourite Mobile, EVER?

Possibly the SPV C500, great size, great battery life, nice interface. Probably the best SPV before they went downhill.

Or, possibly the iPhone

Re: Space Station Silicon Valley

Well, it started off about the ds, then well, I hardly had any games for it, so I wrote about other games that interst me. We have been considering a name change so don't worry!

Re: Lost Odyssey

You can most easily contact me on rachel@netbeans.co.uk - This is a high spam account so please supply a clear subject.

Re: Robots easter egg in Firefox 3

You can most easily contact me on rachel@netbeans.co.uk - This is a high spam account so please supply a clear subject.

Re: Super Mario Kart

Ahhh this game, I was very young and awfully bad at it. It seems worse now than it did then. Mario Kart 64 will always remain in my memory as the best one.

Re: Lego games spiral out of control

And the list of games we won't finish grows :-)

What console are you going to get them on?

Re: The Missing Wii and DS Games

I largely missed the Gamecube, it came out when I was in my first fulltime job and my gaming friends moved away. I played a little of Eternal Darkness and liked it but never got to finish it, it seemed great. Wipeout was an incredible game on the N64 (first 4 player version) and I would like to see it on Nintendo yet again, maybe a DS version? Majoras Mask would make a good VC game.

Re: Ben on the iPhone: “Hooray!”

I already have one Ewan! Windows Mobile was very good for a time, but has really not improved much since my C600. I tried the HTC Touch Dual but just could not get on with it so finally spent my cash on an iPhone, typically just before they dropped the price (no refund available to me) and just before the 3g one comes out. I had mistakenly thought there was another 6+ months before we would a new one.

If I see an "I Love My iPhone" bumper sticker, I'm buying it.

Re: Apple’s MobileMe – .Mac by any other name?

I just wish I had an excuse to get a .mac account!

Re: Ben on the iPhone: “Hooray!”

I am really excited about Mobile Me and look forwards to trying it out (I wonder if Apply will launch an enterprise server version!)

Re: Civilisation Revolution demo

I will give it a go!

Re: Civilisation Revolution demo

I never played one of these, but I do remember them from the old days (Amiga 500).
