umm does it look like the north pole? Clearly he is in someones house! And it has to be before sunrise becuase if the sun was out people would see him... and that would just ruin Christmas forever!
And....he isn't up for the day, he is still up from the night before...so in that case he has to wait until sunrise, maybe you should have gone shana bet?
