In the article about copy once: "You can however still view that content using Windows Media Center Extenders in addition to viewing it from the computer on which it was recorded."

Is this true? Wonder what channels or content they would be doing copy once.

yeah, sever on a stick. See if you can find more info. As for things missing is multi-user. Where you can show/assign different experience for different users in the family.

I have no idea but BeyondTV did have their data embedded in the video file (.mpg and .Ts). So, they didn't create a new format.

I am using firewire to change channels. It was a PITA for me to get it to work. I think it was the reg edit and the /f to FORCE the channel change for my cable box that actually got it working for me.

The only issues I've had is my 2 year old pushing buttons on the box and turning it off. I think there is a way to send an on command, right?

WOW, In 1961 commercials were over 5 minutes long? Also they say turning the knob right (counter clockwise changes the channels lower number. UH, there is no KNOB. LOL I know tv's back in the day had knobs but I thought turning them clockwise was making the numbers BIGGER.

PS. Back in the day, I was the remote control and automatic antennae positioner for my parents.

They ARE calling it a 13 week mini-series because it has an end. So, not really CANCELLED, unless they are not going to air all 13 episodes.

As Aflat posted, you have 2 "The Units". Can you also add a column for for WHY? and if it was a hard cancellation or some sort of closure ending. For example, I know Mars was canceled but had an ending (a SUCKY ENDING but an ending no less). Any reason why the Sarah Conner Chronicles was canceled?

Also, Was Harper's Island only supposed to be a mini-series of sorts?
