We can only hope the informed come out in throngs to fight back in November.

In the history of the Supreme Court, justices were undoubtedly appointed for many reasons - as a reward for support, for legal acumen, unimpeachable character and honor, or experience in law. It was asumed that, as a matter of honor, justices would consider cases based on the the Constitution and precedence, not on their own political agenda. With the emergence of activist judges, it was important to appoint those in step with a political view. Legislation from the bench brought litmus tests into vogue, and, in Obama's case politically correct appointment, emphasizing schools, sex, race, adherence to the political ideology, etc. Correct and just findings are a distant second.

We know now that Obamacare will rocket costs, ration care, and steal freedom. The question is whether the Demonrats and their media cohorts can falsely paint the Republicans as baby killers for opposing it, thus help get the worst president ever reelected. This will thwart attempts to pass any sane, default dodging health care replacement to be delayed or watered down by fool Obama's unscrupulous vetoes or veto threats and Demonrat stonewalling.

The horrendous Obamacare law alone sets Obama apart as worst president ever. Its provisions dictate control of our lives as no other law has:
1. Govt mandates outcome based measures. HC, the way Govt wants it. Rationing
2. Govt dictates benefit levels – e.g., rations your care!
3. Govt rations AARP members’ care
4. Govt rations cancer patients’ care
5. Govt restricts enrollment of special needs people!
6. Govt instructs & consults on living wills, durable powers of attorney.
7. Govt dictates end-of-life resources, guides you in death. (Assisted suicide)
8. Govt runs program on end-of-life orders
9. Govt dictates which Doctor can write an end-of-life order.
10. Govt dictates your end-of-life treatment
11. Govt audits books of self-insured employers (e.g., Catholic Church)!!
12. Govt committee decides what treatments/benefits you get.
13. Govt accesses your bank accounts for funds transfer
14. All non US citizens, illegal or otherwise get HC
15. Govt determines benefit packages for private HC plans.
16. Govt auto-enrolls the Medicaid Eligible into Medicaid. No choice.
17. Govt tells Doctors how much they can make!
18. All Doctors are paid the same, whatever their skill or specialty
19. Govt tells Doctors what/how much they can own!!
20. Govt taxes any person who does not have acceptable care, according Govt, 2.5%
21. Govt orders “The tax imposed under this section shall not be treated as tax.” Yes, it says that.
22. Nonresident aliens are exempt from these taxes.
23. Private plans forced under Govt control.
24. Groups (think ACORN) paid to “inform and educate” on Obamacare.
25. Physician services for Medicaid, low income, and poor reduced
26. Govt dictates productivity for private HC industries.
27. Govt controls rental & purchase of wheelchairs.
28. Govt penalizes hospitals for what Govt deems preventable re-admissions.
29. Govt penalizes doctors for re-admissions
30. Govt can disqualify other plans, forcing people into Obamacare
31. Govt runs Tele-health Advisory Committee. HC by phone?
32. Govt mandates Death Care Planning . Think Senior Citizens and end-of-life
33. Govt funds Community Based (ACORN) Home Medical Services
34. Govt controls Marriage & Family therapy. Govt gets into your family life
35. Govt runs Mental Health Services including rationing them.
36. Govt mandates eligibility for State Family Planning Services. Abortion via Govt .
37. Businesses cannot sue Govt for price-fixing. No judicial review” against Govt monopoly
38. Businesses must auto enroll employees into public option plan. NO CHOICE!
39. Businesses must pay for HC for part time employees AND their families.
40. Businesses who do not provide public option pay 8% tax .
41. Businesses with $251K - $401K payroll who do not provide public option pay 2-6% tax
42. Businesses MUST auto-enroll employees into public option

Of course the Demonrats do not want a balanced budget. They have dominated the Congress for most of the last 60 years, and have created the vast majority of the over spending. They would prefer to continue growing the Govt, its control over our lives, the economy killing debt, and the dependency state, than let us retain our freedom and use our own money. They care nothing for the hard working middle class and would enslave us with taxes to fund the illegal over the legal, abortion over life, socialized medicine, ever growing big Govt, the ecoNazis, academons.
