Based on what I've read of your posts, I'm going to guess a few things about you:
1.) Mommy and Daddy smacked you around a bit. Maybe even in front of your friends when you were young.
2.) You own a gun (or two) and love telling people this because it makes you feel powerful/cool/strong.
3.) You don't have a girlfriend and you are not married. Honestly, would your name be "womensuk" if you did?
4.) You are less than 25 years old.

So.... how did I do??

I agree with Jo. Were all you people silent at 2 years old? Does anyone who made these comments even have kids? When you were 2 did your parents keep you hidden from society? Yes, parents should try to keep their children from crying for long periods of time in public. I have 2 girls and when they were at the stage where they cried a lot in public, we would take them somewhere (bathroom, lobby) and work it out. At the same time, sometimes it cannot be helped.

But as adults, have we become such spoiled rotten children ourselves that we expect the WORLD to be a peaceful quiet place just for our enjoyment? Grow UP!! There are children in the world.

"womensuk" -- your name (and numerous spelling errors) tell us as much about you as the content of your post. So, are you saying the only way to raise a good child is through physical violence and intimidation? I have 2 wonderful and respectful kids who were neither screamed at nor hit/slapped/etc.

What kind of moronic caveman are you to think the very best we can do as parents is to vent our own frustrations by smacking or yelling at our kids? It's not the government furthering some feminist agenda. It's protecting children from primitive imbeciles like yourself.

I hope you never have children of your own.
