I'm hoping to encourage my friend to learn to
create raw Indian food, since she's extremely gifted with preparing foods!

Thanks for your comment.

Lots of love to you,

Wendi
XOXOXO

Re: The Cravings Are Here! What To Do?

Sorry to have made you hungry with the post, Lori. I think a lot of us are fans of Indian food and
so this probably wasn't a good thing to share publicly since it may have set off cravings for a
lot of our readers. ;-)

Be sure to stay hydrated before and during your trip! We did a blog post about packing for flights
some time this past winter if you have time and feel like searching for it. I gave tips on some
ways to eat raw on a plane. I hope your trip is enjoyable and you have lots of wonderful fresh
produce to eat!

No, no RV yet. Everything hasn't fallen into place, yet. Soon, though...soon!

Thanks for your comment.

Lots of love to you!

Wendi
XOXOXO

===========================================

Re: The Cravings Are Here! Right now, I think the Indian food is much more an emotional issue than
anything else for me, though. :-P

Thanks for your comment! So glad you are doing well with your own cravings!

Lots of love to you,

Wendi
XOXOXO
===========================================

Re: The Cravings Are Here! A tomato, basil, avocado salad with olive oil and salt
sounds much tastier than I remember Maharaja food being! So, you made a much better choice! :-)

XOXOXO
===========================================

Re: The Cravings Are Here! I know what you mean, though, about just being drawn to something. If the
worst you do is consume jars and cans of olives and pickles, you're doing WAY better than most
people and their diets!

How's your cleanse going? Yes, I know I'll never be obese again, either. It's important for us to
remember where we were, though, so we can appreciate where we are right now. :-)

I'm so very happy to hear that what I do helps you. I've seen it since then on kale from the same
farm (including on seedlings they are selling). Then we didn't follow through with it consistently. Our juicer was put
away to make the counter look bigger for those viewing our home and we never pulled it back out.
We're going to be doing some lighter eating/light cleansing soon, so we'll be pulling it back out
I'm sure!

Congrats on ordering your juicer! I hope you'll come back to update from time-to-time and let us
know how your juicing is going! Type one is easier to reverse, of course. Type 1 is
sometimes helped significantly, but it may take a long time to completely reverse it. The quality
of life is vastly improved for Type 1s, however, even if the diabetes isn't instantly reversed!

Lots of love to you,

Wendi
XOXOXO

Re: Our Focus This Week: Reversing Diabetes Naturally

Yes! They will see the changes in you, your vibrant nature,
and they'll begin to ask questions and want help. When you try to explain things and they aren't
asking, they block the information most of the time. ;-)

We can only love others and hope that they will find a way to help themselves live healthier,
happier lives. If you feel like a raw foods diet will work, then eat more
raw foods. If you don't feel like it will work for you, however, find something that feels right
for your body. :-)

Lots of love to you,

Wendi
XOXOXO

Re: Sweet Pepper Marinara Sauce

Did you try it, yet?
