I recently ended a romantic relationship and one of the reasons was the complete lack of interest in and support for healthy eating.

Re: The Beauty of Boundaries

Thank you Pamela :) Our body knows best. I'm so glad you're moving out of the old programming. It can be very debilitating. Even when I don't have much control (travel, speaking gigs) I try and honor the base energy and nurture myself accordingly. Much love to you

Re: The Productivity Map in Your Period

Hi Samantha, isn't is amazing, the wisdom stored in our body?! Regarding the changes, even postmenopausal women who've attended my retreats have mentioned they go through the same rhythms. I recommend tracking the changes you're going through in a journal and honoring your body's messages. It might also be a good idea to consult a holistic practitioner (like Lisa Beaury from Healing Alternatives) to have your hormones levels checked and add some herbs and supplements to your diet. Hope this helps. Sending you lots of love sister.

Re: Learning Self-Acceptance From Morning Glory

Love all of this. so beautifully put. Child-free is a choice just like having children is a choice. (I have children, all adults now). We make time for what we value. So that free, unstructured time is something that holds no value for many women because of false beliefs, one of them being that if they made time for themselves then they would be seen as selfish. You and I and many other women are awakening the world and exposing this as a LIE. When we take care of ourselves first then our cup runneth over. We have the energy and the time to take care of other things and people."

http://www.peggynolan.com/

Re: Creative Problem Solving with Zen Concepts

Love that you've experienced creative solutions when you've let go. There could be other factors involved as well. Are you getting enough sleep at night? Are your physical and vital energy levels high? These can make us feel sleepy during meditation. I might make another video answering this! Thanks for stopping by. I've discovered it's in downtime when really creative, powerful ideas come to us that can propel our business in the right direction. I hope you try it for a week :) love xo

Re: 17 Ways to Create Boundaries and Say Hell No

Jul, thanks for sharing your truth. I agree mothers have it harder than most others because their nurturing instincts supersede everything else. I'm so glad you're giving yourself permission to say no with grace and ease.
