This judge wrote that the Executive Order on sexual identity did NOT "serve an important governmental interest that is exceedingly persuasive." Hmmm...I guess that means none of the Biden spending promoting Trans sexual identity served an important governmental purpose either? The only "wisdom" Sonia showed was to use a CONSTITUTIONAL MAGIC WORD: "seize." That is a No-No word in the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution. HOWEVER, merely questioning a person is NOT SEARCHING OR SEIZING THE PERSON. That is well established by the Terry v Ohio decision on Stop and Frisk from way back in 1968 when Sonia was still "Sonia from the Block" who was just starting High School in the Bronx. The US Attorney for the District of DC (Jeanine Pirro) BETTER come up with ways to get the case moved to another district. That will not be easy, but if there is any predicate for venue in another district, it needs to be moved there. A venue move is what saved Pres. Trump in the case Jack Smith brought that got moved down to Florida. There is NO WAY a Republican can get a fair trial in DC and NO WAY a DEMOCRAT who attacks the Trump Administration will be held to account by a DC Jury or Grand Jury.

Jesus "celebrated" His Resurrection on Sunday and every Sunday since then has been recognized as the Day for weekly worship by Christ's Holy Catholic Church, long before the apostles had spread the Church beyond the Holy Land. That same Sunday evening He broke bread with the disciples at Emmaus and then conferred the power to forgive or retain sins on His Apostles. The first sermon of Christ's Church occurred on Pentecost Sunday which has thereafter been celebrated as the Birthday of the Church.

BTW, there is no reason Christians need to keep the old Hebrew Calendar. Jesus said nothing about that. The Hebrew Calendar, like any other lunar calendar, is a mess precisely because it is based on an outdated and inexact lunar cycle, which can result in a "year" being as short as 353 days. The Romans' Solar Calendar is superior, particularly now that Pope Gregory XIII corrected the imperfections of Julius Caesar's Calendar in 1582 with the omission of leap years in Years ending in 00, except when the Year was divisible by 400, it will continue to work well for thousands of years before there will be a need for even one extra leap year. Now when I say the Jewish Calendar is a mess, that is a relative term. The Islamic Calendar (AH) is even worse. However, the Jewish Calendar is only kept somewhat in synch with the seasons by adding 6 "LEAP MONTHS" (6 Adar 2's) in every 19 Year Cycle. LEAP MONTHS? SAY WHAT????

If judges can change the meaning of Marriage as they did in the Obergefell Decision on Gay Marriage and if one member of Congress can change the meaning of spouse for perks purposes as AOC herself did on some ethics forms to receive spousal perks, then the Committee of Congress charged with policing ethics should be able to punish her for not disclosing her spouse's assets and income.

The "crossover point" does not take into account anything other than one's income from Social Security, and it therefore may be fairly meaningless if a retiree has seen a substantial increase in his/her marginal tax bracket due to a pension and a large RMD for an IRA. For example, I started taking Social Security AND my RMD early (63 and 69) to cut down on my taxable income going forward beyond 70 1/2 because I did have a substantial IRA and other income beside Social Security.
