Look at this in a direct way, it can be traced to the actions of the Catholic church, specifically though the councils of Nicea and Laodicea.

Should this be legislated by God-fearing countries? Well, I ask what would be the point of that? When Christ returns he will be re-instating a new world government and he will rule and judge accordingly. The governments of this age or not of God — one should expect them to uphold godly principles.

What are your thoughts on the correct day of worship?

Re: From Passover to Easter

Jesus did not give the church authority to make changes to His ordinances that He said should be instilled, especially those for all nations and for all generations.

Mark 2:27-28
And He said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, and not man for the Sabbath. Therefore the Son of Man is also Lord of the Sabbath.”

The Bible does not show us that Jesus granted the church authority to change the Sabbath or any of His commandments.

Re: From Passover to Easter

I'm glad you enjoyed the article! There's nothing about cutting up the tree and carving it into an idol, or using just the wood..

Re: God’s Master Plan

Sorry about that, yes it is automatically translated.

Is this true for all the articles or just this one?

Re: Is There an Eternal Hellfire?

Hi, thanks for stopping by :)

First of all, the plugin we use to link our scriptures to the Bible text automatically recognizes that spelling.

Secondly, I'm not sure I understand the point you're trying to make. Perhaps, you can take some time to bring forward a more organized argument with scriptures to back it up.

Surely one single point does not counter a whole article of evidence we've presented.

Re: The Empty Manger

This is true JR

Thanks for your comment :)

Re: How Archaeology Proves the Bible

You're welcome Victoria,

Thanks for stopping by :)

Re: The Origins of the Christmas Tree

You are very right Judy, stay strong.
