I also have another problem with disqus. Why is it that the actual number of comments are not showing up? It still displays o comments?

Another one is: When I want to change my commenting system from disqus, can I have my old comments back? Can I import them to another commenting system like intense debate?

Yes, I agree. Money plays a big role in motivating most people. Some are motivated enough to do even evil things in the name of money.
People are unique, and so their driving forces. Motivational factors also vary with people depending on their outlooks in life and their purpose.
