I have a question as well.

What was the thinking behind choking Lee road down to one lane?

Traffic used to flow smoothly between Shaker and Cleveland Heights, and now... it's awful. It seems like the value might be in opening space up to cyclists but I rarely see anyone riding their bikes up and down Lee.
