this is why we should NEVER approve tax hikes in this untrustworthy state. we pay a fortune in gas tax and are promised it's for roads, and then these commies divert it to something else.

the next lie is to con us with a vehicle tax hike to pay for stupid parks (that have a stack of restrictions, as usual, on everything). DON'T FALL FOR IT.
