Solar PV just seems easier to install and maintain than solar thermal, and with current generation batteries, can store power too.

Many solar thermal operate fine and as promised. This one hasn't. :(

So, if one bed is vacant in Corridor of Hope then no one can sleep on sidewalks anywhere in Vegas? This doesn't seem well thought out. They'll just sleep someplace else.

I assume this doesn't include the Rescue Mission which has rules about who can stay and sobriety tests for entry.

I'm a software developer.

How rigorously has Textalyer been tested? Have there been there false positives? How can it download and analyze data so easily considering there are probably thousands of different cell phones and hundreds of messaging apps? What are the guarantees that future versions of it won't download personal data or that it can't be hacked to do so?

California has tried twice to upgrade their ancient payroll system and failed. It's decades old. They thought they had it done once, did a trial run, and it failed miserably.

I'm a software developer. Payroll systems have to work perfectly else employees get very cranky indeed. :)

These aren't exactly bright people. Manafort emailed a highly incriminating Word document to Page to convert to a PDF because he couldn't figure out how to do it.

Ignoring Manafort's tech ignorance, anyone with half a brain would never email incriminating docs.

The four FISA warrants against Page were signed by judges appointed by Republican presidents.

The warrants happened before FBI knew about Steele Dossier, which has been accepted as essentially true by Republicans and Democrats in Congress.

Also, there were four ongoing FBI investigations prior to the fourth Page FISA warrant.
