This is probably dead obvious to everyone else, but in case not, here goes an example for newbs like me:

To set a key/value pair:
[ SFHFKeychainUtils storeUsername:@"key" andPassword:@"value" forServiceName:@"appname" updateExisting:TRUE error:nil];

To extract a value:
NSString *value = [ SFHFKeychainUtils getPasswordForUsername:@"token" andServiceName:@"appname" error:nil];
