Ouch on the fall. I got attacked by a rottweiler last night after rounding a corner and ended up laying my bike down. Small amount of damage to both me and my bike. Glad Dan is okay!

I cringe when someone says irregardless; there is no such word. Also, literally means to actually do something, figuratively means in a metaphorical sense, "I literally fell out of my chair," versus "I yelled at him until his face melted, figuratively, of course." And the phrase "a lot" is two words. And when you are driving north you are heading up to a location. Likewise, when heading south you are traveling down to a location. When a person asks you how you are doing the answer is "well," not "good." As perfectly stated on 30 Rock "Superman does good, you're doing well."

One of the first questions asked of each other when I speak with Erica is "what city are you in." Always on the go is a passion of both of ours that Erica takes to a whole new level. Being connected with so many people in so many places I can't think of a better person to talk about being a true, effective digital nomad than Erica. Having an additional panelist to share contrasting and comparable experiences can only make for a better, more complete, more rounded, and more lively and exciting talk.

So what do people move to? I think Twitter solves for many what RSS wanted to - Twitter only makes it more of a broadcast since it is more social in nature.

If these interesting groups move to smaller networks do they damn themselves to the obscurity they were in before Twitter? Twitter has the capability of turning into a constant stream of advertising, but because people can filter what they want it also has the flexibility to be anything you want it to be. These interesting groups have found an audience and I don't know that they will easily bail on them.

I don't know the answer, and I didn't see anything in the Twittergate docs that provided a whole lot of insight on what users might do... maybe I didn't read enough of it.

It seems that the older generation also has no desire to learn new technologies. Is that something that happens with age? When we're old will we make fun of the new technologies and talk about the good 'ole days when we tweeted about news?

I hope I never stop being curious of new things.
