I mean, I'm eager to try this, because I'm a huge fan of the Shake Shack in NY and I like the fact that they are using my beloved CMP,  all they need to do is add a deep fried Easton dog and I'll be their biggest promoter. However, can't Philly's one (sort of) restaurant innovator be an actual innovator for at least one time? Perhaps the phrase "originally conceptualized" could be replaced with "the first guy who traveled to Manhattan who had the funding to use the idea." The burger thing has been huge in our obnoxious big sister to the north for a few years now.
