While the beer was great the pizza definitely needed a makeover. Enter Tony Gemignani who explained the importance of using top quality ingredients when making pizza. After Tony helped fine tune the pizza several customers stated the pizza was some of the best they ever had.
John did a great job of pulling everyone together. The makeover of the bar looked great. I would definitely try evade Beer Works next time I go to Las Vegas.

This is a wonderful interview with Scott Wiener. Having personally been a victim of Scott's Pizza Tour's, the tour was a life changing pizza moment. Scott knows his pizza and his enthusiasm is infectious. Keep up the great work with these great podcasts!

Great advice cindy.
I never really considered the International Market.
When you consider a country like china has 220 million web users (National Geographic, May 2008), maybe its time we all did things a little differently. Thanks for making me aware of a totally untapped market.
