Please provide documentation of any single occurrence or "proven" hazard that demonstrates that what you say is anything more than disingenuous scare tactics. In fact in over 60 years and 1 million wells there NEVER been any water contamination nor earthquake induction. How many such studies does it take? EPA has done numerous. Oh, right for the anti-everythingers, just keep studying until you find what you want.

First of all there's lots more cats than turbines, so one has to look at threat-intensity. Second, cats don't prey on large birds like condors or bald eagles, which turbines kill frequently. Third, the 'cat lobby' isn't asking for more taxpayer money to breed more cats.

The production tax credit has been around long enough. Wind energy is a daily violator of endangered species act, causes net fuel consumption to increase (due to forced operation on other power plants to balance) and is a net jobs loser. Even according to OMB, wind receives 15 TIMES the subsidy of conventional sources (measured on output basis) and 65% of turbines are imported (talk about outsoucing.)

...ahh, the Ninth Circuit can always be counted on for rulings that ultimately get overturned by SCOTUS. This is NOT about air pollution for CO2 is not pollution. This is about constitutionality of one state infringeing on another's commerce, something EXPRESSLY prohibited.

Maybe Az should use the law of salvage...if something is abandoned (like a sunk or foundered shap) then it is the rightful property of the party recovering such. In this case federal immigration enforcement is sunk, and it should now rightfully belong to Az and every other border (and internal) state that can salvage it.

Zimmerman was acting, supposedly, in fear for his life (see back of head photos) while this case is about protecting property from theft. Not saying either was justified, just that there are seom fundamental differences.

Can someone...anyone...explain why the Reeps got blamed for the impass, when they had PASSED a bill three weeks ago and Reid refused to take it up? That bill would have extended the tax holiday for a complete year, which is what EVERYBODY, D&R alike, said they wanted and is what most Americans wanted. Reid just wants to use the excuse in delay to raise taxes and pork up his friends. Is there an honest voice in the press left?
