Often the css grid and breakpoints were completely different than that of the theme too.

The only builder that has addressed this issue providing an easy way for theme builders to check for the plugin's presence and use it's libraries instead was Elementor. Additionally the css is built per element and en-queued using WordPress standards vs inline like many of these listed here. This allows for post processing such as minification, compression and caching.

Lastly, only the css and js libraries for modules that are actually used are loaded so page loads remain as lean as possible. As a front end developer I realize Beaver Builder is likely the only one that comes close to this but I could never get over that childish name.

Re: A Killer 1967 Mustang GTA

No lines at this DMV, what trickery is this?

Re: Ford Stays In Michigan, What's Trending, Carpooling Taking Over Taxis, McLaren HS Cars, and Hybrid F-150's and Mustangs!

Taxation and regulation has been the #1 reason these companies look to profit outside the US. It's not always greed. We are the ones pushing them out by continually voting in these problems! I had a friend recently move his printing company back into the states from Mexico only to have the same standard of workers except all the regulations and taxes, not to mention work comp scams put him in bankruptcy. Oh well, A for effort I suppose. Hopefully change is on the horizon and even small biz folks like us will also see some relief.

Re: Vectr Comes Out Of Beta!

Can't wait to see if this changes the game for WordPress!

Re: Using CSS Variables in Site Development

Thanks for the article. Kudos to whoever pointed that out, and I understandably regress for those of you parents with disabilities and cannot easily do so...in which case I gladly forfeit my park bench.

I am however convinced that this was simply a case of officers being coerced into writing more tickets and/or the case of officers being fed up with people not following the rules no matter how ridiculous the rules may be. Those officers do exist and usually there is no persuading them otherwise. Pay the ticket. Be done. =(

Look, it's simple folks. There are plenty of other laws already in place that would give the cops every right to enforce teenagers loitering, drug-dealing, prostitution, and any other type of dis-orderly conduct, including molestation, public indecency, abduction, battery, assault...need I go on?

It is a parents responsibility to not only supervise their children closely but to also be weary of your surroundings and those surrounding your children. If you feel there is danger lurking, LEAVE IMMEDIATELY and report your suspicion.

Don't expect that the law will always be there but when it is; always be courteous and treat officers with respect, it will go a long way and usually result in a warning instead of a ticket. I personally have talked my way out of many tickets by simply putting myself in the officers shoes and talking to them with full respect for the duties they perform.

Lastly, this ordinance or park rule will not keep pedophiles from your children. Really folks, if you believe this, you ARE a moron. Pedophilia is an addiction that no park sign or ticket is going to deter, however, having the authorities routinely visit the park, even if it's simply their presence every once in a while, would greatly prohibit the likelihood of ANY illegal misconduct.

Here, my neighbor, a Sheriff's Deputy, has told me of routine undercover sweeps they perform at city parks attempting to apprehend and deter all natures of sex crimes and it works. But you won't find any signs stating you have to be in the accompaniment of children to use the parks. At least I haven't seen them and my neighbor laughed when I text'd him about this article a few minutes ago.

Oh yeah and BTW, I am a father of 3 for those of you that think this is a one-sided argument coming only from folks without kids. My kids love that I PLAY on the playground with them and being 36 never hinders my inner-kid.

Re: Inter-tel Feature Codes

If the code 325 is saying invalid feature code, then possibly the code is restricted or your vendor has changed the dialing plan. The BGM (background music) is a personal user option which controls playback of an audio source on the individuals telephone speaker. To turn off or disable MOH usually requires system administration access via a programming interface (admin phone or computer software). I am not too familiar with the Inter-Tel systems and refer all my local work to John.

On thing you might try if you really need the MOH removed is to locate the phone system (probably mounted on a wall in a service closet or data room) and then identify the MOH source which is usually an external device plugged in to the phone system via an audio cable similar to that of a headset jack or RCA cables. Keep in mind, with the source removed and not replaced, outside callers will only receive silence when placed on hold and could come to the conclusion that they have been hung up on rather than placed on hold. Good luck!

Re: Inter-tel Feature Codes

Hi Lwallace, sounds like intercom off-hook preference is disabled. Do you mean when you call another phone from your telephone - using the intercom? Where is the loud noise heard from, your phone or the called phone?

It might be the tone announce function which most phone system have when calling live over a speaker phone as a security preference (sometimes call voice announce or automatic intercom)...this is usually adjusted during the tone announce by adjusting the volume on the individual phone itself.

If this doesn't help, I might not be understanding your question properly and I would suggest asking your question on a telecom forum where you might find some help from an experienced Inter-Tel technician.

http://forums.socalphonepro...

Re: Inter-tel Feature Codes

try dialing 359 then the extension number of the phone you want forwarded. There are usually many ways to make a phone ring depending on the application.

For example, If it's the main company line, it may be a special button that is assigned on multiple phones to ring which usually requires accessing the phone system admin functions to remove. This might be different than the "Attendant" or "ACD Admin" function. Many times there is special software or a model telephone with a button sequence to gain programming access. Then you must know how to navigate system and which program areas to administer. Hope this helps shed some light. Some questions that come to mind is whether those phones ever did ring or have they always just had visible button appearance for the calls? Also, what button(s) do the calls ring on? That is probably the biggest clue. I'm not technically knowledgeable on the Inter-Tel systems but it sound like a common industry term "blf ringing" or "virtual ringing" where a pilot extension is built and assigned as a button or multiple buttons on select phones and then programmed typically with one of 3 modes, flash only, ring immediate or ring delayed. I would try the guys over at http://forums.socalphonepro... and see if they can help. Do you mean number of rings on your main business line, a department line or just for your individual extension? If it's just your personal extension, then I might suggest trying "356" (call forward no answer) but the true experts on this platform can be found at the link just below the article for the so cal phone pros forum.
