Unexpectedly good, the Tofu with century egg is a must try, also the oyster cake.
The only complain should be the Beef Hofan, the taste just fine, only the hofan are too chewy.

Visited at Sat Night 06Jun09 with my wife.
The food serving are fine, the waiters and waitresses are very friendly.
The only complain was the music that night, it was wrong to play such music, and the volume was too loud, not matching at all.

visited the branch of the white hat right inside the basement of Rustans Supermarket (Makati) at sunday night 07June2009 around 9PM, while enjoying my yogurt, there was a lady with a baby sitting right to my next table, then she placed her baby onto the table and start changing her baby's diaper there right on the table.
I made a complain with the staff there and all his answer was :[ Yes sir........ ], then keep stood there and do nothing.
I don't think i will be visiting this shore again with such disgusting experienced.
In fact, the washroom was just few steps away, and the washroom is clean, and large enough.
