I am a consumer trends reporter for a global video news network company called Snippies. One of our specialties is getting consumer insights - in their homes and on the streets both domestic and international. Our work is not meant to replace quantitative research but rather add a qualitative element. We hear it over and over again, how amazing it is to see the consumer brought to life. Target Market Research or Persona? Balance is the answer. </p>
