I get where you’re coming from, but also, the advance notice is kinda in the word there, “limit.” Everyone knows it’s a risk going over it, regardless of enforcement. Acting shocked they got caught is more melodramatic than me.

Nothing wrong with getting things done on the toilet, but these days I can do almost anything I can do on a laptop with my phone, which is a more toilet-friendly form factor.

Anyone remotely interested in games like that already has a game console and much bigger screen. Anyone interested in a 7 year old game already played it.

I'm amazed that these graphically intense games run on a little phone, but I'm not paying $30 for the same game again just to check it out.

If the games had automatic cross-buy to play them on any screen when you've already bought them once, maybe that would nudge toward using Apple devices for gaming more. More PC-only games on Mac would also help, since most people don't already have both a PC and a Mac.

So we're going to let slightly more people get killed in exchange for arriving slightly earlier. Nice. Anything to avoid real inter-city transportation, like high-speed trains that can go over 250km/h and don't require finding a patch of pavement to stash your car once you arrive.

FYI, last time they did this, I didn't get my points for a month. When I emailed them, they said they couldn't help until 6 weeks had passed. After 6 weeks, they said they couldn't help me because it had been too long.

I did get my points eventually, but be aware that it's kind of a mess.

I still have an iPhone X, so I’m interested, but more because it’s just my time to upgrade than because of any particular features. The 120Hz display might push me to the Pro models though. Seeing it on an M1 iPad Pro, it really does feel nice, even when just scrolling through web pages.

A lot of people suggesting refillable K-Cup pods, but have you heard about these amazing machines that have, like, a giant refillable pod, which can make 10 cups of coffee instead of 1 at a time. There's no waste material other than the coffee grounds, and the machines only cost about $30 at Wal Mart! Try Googling "drip coffee," it'll blow your mind.

I like how it's prominently featured in the macOS Music app, but as with most features in this reskinned iTunes, completely does not work. Clicking "Watch Now" is getting me audio only.

I'm not sure the issue is with the Apple TV 4K specifically. When TV+ first came out, I could Airplay to my LG OLED TV from my iPhone and I think it was in Dolby Vision (it looked good, anyway). I tried watching See recently, and it didn't trigger the Dolby Vision icon on my TV, plus it looked a bit worse. Seems like the files themselves have been downgraded.

These plans look pretty good, but it's worth noting that they also cut off hotspot functionality when you reach the full-speed limit.

I have a promo $70 plan for 10GB. Doing the math, rather than paying an extra $5 for the Peace of Mind plan, I'm probably better off paying $20 for extra data every 5 or 6 months, and not have to worry about being stuck without the ability to connect my laptop to my phone.
