Have you by any chance read Jon Ronson's "So You've Been Publicly Shamed?" It's basically an examination of this whole phenomenon -- the author starts out as an internet vigilante, decides to start interviewing the targets of these social media mobs, and is stunned by the degree to which they devastate the lives the recipients (most of them are fired and become unemployable from that day forth, all of their attempts to make amends are met with mass contempt, etc.). I'd be fascinated to hear your take, if you have.

Hey hey -- just wanted to thank you for taking the time to see the show and share your thoughts. Glad I was able to entertain you, and even more glad that you weren't turned off by the fact that I was essentially doing "Obscure References -- The Play!" Hope you guys had a rockin' Fringe.
