You guys should do a thorough review of all of your own AWS Documentation and update them to use the new format everywhere. Some of the complaints over this change were based on the fact that your own docs still showed examples of using the deprecated format.

Andy, can you explain exactly what increased from 2 to 3 clicks? It was 3 clicks to Switch Organizations before, and it still is now. (Technically you can do it in 2 now if you hold your mouse down on the dropdown while making a selection... though just that's more of a fun tidbit)

What?! Isn't that the point of your "Upgrade" pick? I come here to learn what the BEST item is. Considering the listed limitations on all the ones you did review, I would have at least wanted to see how the more expensive ones compared. And now, some of those ignored items actually cost less than ones that you did review.

I loved the form factor of the Sculpt but I stopped using it after major lag and dropped key issue with my MacBook Pro. I switched to Apple’s Bluetooth keyboard and it doesn’t have any of the same issues even though it’s also wireless.

Hey Tony -- thanks for the feedback. This is something we definitely have planned. We designed the new "skip duplicates" feature here to be able to support other duplicate-handling options in the future, like Bulk Update and Merge, but we wanted to go ahead and ship something sooner first.

We do expect to improve pipeline reporting over time, but we did come about this differently than others -- here is some of that thinking:

- Drag and drop column based layout looks cool, but in our experience if you're following a good workflow then it's not common to need to rapidly move many opportunities between statuses/stages all from one screen at once. An opportunity only gets moved when you're actively working on it, which means being on its own lead page.
- Indeed, we do recommend keeping your statuses/staging very simple and that salespeople should definitely know what stage comes next.
- Our Opportunities page is designed to show you the things you should care about most in your pipeline: the deals that are expected to close the soonest that you should probably be following up with.

That said, we do plan on significantly improving how we report on your funnel and how opportunities are moving through it.

I've been very happy with the Wink Hub 2, pairing, and software. It's very simple / good UI.

I've only had issues if I've moved devices significant distance from their original pairing place, and then Wink has helpful phone support where they showed me how to reset the Z-wave network which fixed the issue.

I'm not familiar with Lutron's app but that webpage probably describes it well. If something is Homekit enabled it will work in iOS Home app. Nest devices are not and will not.

We've found that validators like that aren't very useful or reliable these days since landlines are often and trivially converted to mobile numbers, and we wouldn't want to incorrectly prevent someone texting to a number like that.

Yes, Lutron dimmers need a Lutron Bridge to control. Ecobee/August/Kwikset/Nest - pretty sure these are all standalone devices that don't need any special hub.

Apple TV can be (only) a hub for HomeKit enabled devices (Wifi or Bluetooth devices that are specifically designed to work with HomeKit). The Lutron bridge that comes with the Dimmer Kit you bought is necessary to control non-wifi Lutron lights.

You really should update this guide to include the Wink Hub 2.
After carefully reading the pros vs cons of SmartThings & Wink Hub 1, it seems like the Wink Hub 2 may be the better choice now since it addresses the previous cons. My experience with it is that it's very easy to work with.

The GE 12724 *does* work with the Wink Hub. I've used them myself and the Amazon page currently says "Compatible with any Z-Wave certified gateway, providing access from many popular home automation systems and applications (application software not included). Wink App Compatible - Wink Hub Required"
