I thought this song was just them going off on a drug. They inhale a pink cloud and the world changes. The girls wear the alice in wonderland outfit and they chase the colorful guy down the rabbithole so to speak. Alice in wonderland is often known for its drug references and popularized for this meaning with Jefferson Airplane's "Go ask alice."

I highly recommend the QSC K series for active speaker category. They run a little more than your JBL's but the sound spread and oomph are notably superior. I recommend listening to speakers first in person prior to buying.

You'll see that the QSC k series are great for their tier.

Sure there are elements to PSY that are gimmicky which led to the sudden popularity; but you know what this has done? It's started the mainstream western *conversation* on Kpop more than anything else before it. Mass audiences are now aware, and are starting to ask what else there may be.

Today, while driving to work, I listened to the morning show of a top 40's radio station. On it, the radio personality said that he that he found the song funny at first but now he likes it. He then noticed that the song brought korean words to mainstream fm airwaves. He observed that where the rest of the world listens to American pop music without full understandning of the English lyrics, for the first time, we're starting to see the reverse picture. People dig the korean song without understanding the lyrics in America, much like the rest of the international community had to do with American music.

This is a paradigm change, people!

Whenever Gangnam Style is played on Clear Channel radio stations, music directors and djs have noticed a spike in positive calls, texts and emails. What gets plays on FM radio will chart billboard rankings, sell records and gain the attention of executives.

If it is our goal to share how awesome Kpop is, then we should use this Gangnam Style craze as an opportunity to start conversations on kpop and inform. Oh you like Gangnam Style, eh? Have you heard other x kpop band? It's great because xyz.

Here's the other truly epic thing that happened to me today on the drive home from work: I was sitting in rush hour 101 traffic when gangnam style came on the radio. I started dancing (of course) when another truck next to me filled with 4 white college kids started doing the dance with the same radio station on. We rocked out together and it was awesome. Maybe it was awesome because it was silly, but it also awesome because we loved the song. It was an amazing example of music transcending cultural borders. Not everyone understands that LMFAO are charactures making fun of themselves, but I think many will have the same perspective for PSY as they do for LMFAO.

honest to god they are missing pink. I've seen female mobile djs using the DDJ-ERGO who likely picked the controller for its aesthetics.

Not to be too stalker-ish, but John I do recall seeing you walking around on the grass hill during the concert.

To be honest, I felt like the kpop crowd was pretty lack-luster because a lot of non-kpop fans were awarded tickets over people who are into kpop. This probably should have been a pay-to-play event, in my opinion. You could see the idols' disappointment in the crowd.
