Trump sued 60+ times to throw out the black vote, and so hates black people that he and Musk are firing as many black people as possible - yeah, black folks are a double target - look up John Tanton and The Pioneer Fund, original eugenics 1930s Nazi sympathizers who paid for the 'self deport' plans that Trump, Homan, and other Trump Regime members have been to training to learn, along with their anti-immigrant front organizations F.A.I.R. and C.I.S. - there are enough white Americans who fear becoming a minority, fearing that they will then be treated the way they treated former minorities, South Africa envoy Ebrahim Rasool is exactly on point when they accused Trump of pursuing policies and practices that the diplomat characterized as "a white supremacist response to growing demographic diversity in the United States."

The Muslum ban was a black family ban, being repeated, hoping to get families to self-deport because ONE family member has been deported or denied access.

They plan to sell off US parkland once it's shown to be unmanageable with no employees, converting it to be in the 'good hands' <-- read 'profits' -- of real estate developers and lumber harvesters and oil companies.

They plan to eliminate social security, first eliminating income taxes on social security income as if that's a give-away to make Trump look good, then when there's less tax income, and social security goes unsupported and broke, Trump can say "I tried, don't blame me, I take no responsibility, Biden did it", and social security will be 'sold' to insurance companies to make a profit off of it for a few Americans.

They plan to turn every government service into private oligarch's controls to the profits of billionaires and the loss of services to we the people, especially we the little people.

They plan to program and groom the next generation of children to be Christian Identity by eliminating public schools, redirecting funds to private schools.

Trump HATES many Americans, Trump hates women, Trump hates blacks, Trump hates browns, Trump hates LGBT, and especially Trump hates the disabled, 'who wants to see that?'.

The Democat party <-- like herding cats -- SHOULD have fought every single fight, delaying every single appointment, every single fight must be fought to the death, because every move Trump gets away with sets up an inevitable cascade that will be harder to clean up after.

We're doomed.

Putin has won.

And 50+ years of Murdock hate broadcasting programming <-- 'programming' in terms of 'grooming' a mindless mass of hate audience.

Democats have 50+ years of hate-programming to undo - they need daily AA meetings, hourly AA meetings, to get their acts together, to learn to listen to each other and work together - they have no plan, Democats don't even have a plan to get a plan.

Yes, 'fake' drives seldom transfer data at the full rate of the legitimate drives they are claiming to be equal to.

And, again, h2testw is similar to ValiDrive only in the goal - identify real storage versus no ( fake ) storage.

h2testw takes as long as it takes to destructively write and re-read an entire drive, sometimes it takes a whole day or more.

ValiDrive is relatively instant, sometimes less than a minute, and is not destructive, we can use it on a drive with data.

Think of a 2TB drive test over USB ... why write and re-read the entire drive all day and night long with h2testw, when ValiDrive can show immediately whether or not the drive storage is there or not?

If it's a fake, who cares of it's an 8GB or a 32GB chip claiming to be a 2TB drive - IT'S FAKE, and not trustworthy, even for the small part that might have some storage of some kind.

Return it for a refund, write an appropriate review, and move on.

KWT Digital Compass app is the ONLY app here that loads on ANY Android and THEN tests for what sensors are installed - my ZTE Avid Z5158 Android 11 from November 2021 has no 'magnetometer', apparently.

The other apps would not even download to test and tell me why.

A web search brings at least one app:

But it can be done, even on a 'modern' magnetometer-free Android.

3 things at least might have happened.

1 - your files were actually infected, they were not deleted, but were moved to [ C:\Qoobox\Quarantine\C ] and renamed with .vir as their new additional last name, if you think they are really good or worthwhile, not dangerous, even if they are 'infected', you can use something like FREE Advanced Renamer to rename them in bulk to remove the new .vir last name, and use the files.

2 - As others suggested, you may have ransomware, and they, not ComboFix, have moved the files to the recycle bin, sadly, ComboFix deletes the recycle bin, so ransomware hiding files there is a risk, you probably need to run low-level data recovery off line, and reconstruct as needed.

3 - Something else, such as a bad hard drive, a corrupt file allocation table or bad MFT table, and again, this requires off-line data recovery, not ComboFix's territory.

Lesson:

Backup BEFORE running powerful tools.

If the tools work, then immediately re-backup, because the first backup was most probably a backup of an infection.

Sorry, but we've all lost some stuff, and we come here to share our suffering.

Reply to my own post - as of 2022, the current 2019-11-04 ComboFix is working for me, just set the system date back to 2019-11-05.

Whew, I can now keep Windows 7 alive again!

So, set your computer system date to a day after the date of any ComboFix file version, and it runs fine, even though the program is from 2019, it still fixes 'stuck' computers for me in 2022.

ComboFix will always word for Windows 8.0 and earlier.

Set the date in CMOS and the Operating System to the day after the release of any ComboFix program you want to run.

Check the 'date' by right-clicking the ComboFix file, select Properties, Details, File version, where, for example "15.7.12.1" would then call for us to set our system date to 2015-07-13 ( I go one day AFTER the program to avoid AM/PM arguments ).

The current ComboFix as of today is dated '19.11.4.1', so I set a system date of 2019-11-05, and ComboFix has run fine for me many many times on many different systems.

Let us know if that works for you.

I wonder if we change the date BACK to the current accurate time immediately after the first blue [ AutoScan ] screen appears, before or during the first "Completed Stage_xx" appears, then it will 'see' newer files.

I'll try that.

Note: I have many files that have future dates so they don't get overwritten by 'newer' file copying ( desktop.ini files, zero-length cache files in backups that prevent copying gargantuan pagefile.sys or swapfile.sys or any hibernation files ).

I can't imagine that the ComboFix program ignores ANY files regardless of the file's date - that would be -w-a-y- to easy a trick for a virus author to make themselves invisible to ComboFix.

The "Files Created from ..." section in the report is information only.

Folks can test by copying a known removed program, remove the .vir last name, and change the date of that file to the future, then re-run ComboFix with the appropriate back-date of when ComboFix was issued, and see if it then re-removes the 'future' file, as it should.

Regardless, it seems to 'fix' all the computers that are 'sticky wickets' that I throw at it.

Note also to run FREE Tweaking Windows Repair Windows, especially the [ Repair Parse Points ], wow, I can't believe the endless-loop directory-versus-alias traps that Windows can't automatically resolve on it's own, even [ ChkDsk /f ] let's endless loops pass, oh my!

Note, there are endless loops in the Windows registry, too, and other than finding them manually and deleting them, I know of no tools that reveal this and fix the registry's internal endless loop references - I often see them in various [ Disabled Auto Runs ] entries, for example.

I have 60+ tabs working in Opera, where 20 in Chrome fail.

Maybe what this article is saying is that Chrome can't be flagged into submission, their basement-boy programmers all have new gear, and those of us struggling with less well-resourced gear are SOL.

You explicitly don't say that, but that's what I got from the article - Google, like Microsoft, is in cahoots with hardware vendors, even though they do not themselves sell hardware, to get us to upgrade our hardware.

We are not Google's and Microsoft's customers, they have no apparent incentive to make us happy.

What, is Intel giving high-end computers to Google and Microsoft just to encourage programers to become dependent on the newest hardware with big-pig hardware-hogging programs?

2 people x 50 miles per gallon = 100 PASSENGER miles per gallon, as I wrote.

Someone in a Prius getting 60 miles per gallon with one passenger, the driver only, is not as efficient.

Busses at ~132 PASSENGER miles per gallon are actually very efficient when comparing PASSENGER miles per gallon.

Airplanes are ~45 to ~77 PASSENGER miles per gallon, not bad, but ...

That 81 miles per gallon VW Goll TDI would equal 162 PASSENGER miles per gallon with the driver and one passenger.

Got kids?

With 2 kids, we'd be getting 200 PASSENGER miles per gallon, and that Golf would be getting 324 PASSENGER miles per gallon.

The Volkswagen XL1 diesel hybrid can achieve a combined fuel consumption of 310 miles per gallon ( suck that, Prius ), and with a passenger along with the driver, that's an incredible ~620 PASSENGER miles per gallon.

The measurement is based on how many people are in the car.

When publishers and authors discover and use Torrents to expand their distribution, create their own Torrent sites, create their own Torrent client software, then they will discover a whole new world of customers to communicate with, and they will expand and join the real world, instead of fighting against it:
- they can release teasers for Torrent customers to buy full or additional-value copies
- they can enable donation requests, especially for those outside of normal publishing territories
- they can fulfill orders over torrents into places where publishing is impossible or locally illegal
- even Toyota advertises on Torrent client software, take note.

Torrent users may not be able to pay anyway, so blocking them just prevents a fan who will then seek any other author, not you, take note.

Locally, Torrent customers may not be able to buy legally anyway, blocking Torrents let's dictators win.

At least Torrent customers are NOT using / reading the offering from these author's competition, and they are talking you up to others who might be able to pay, so be grateful for free advertising and free marketing.

Plus, many Torrent users do not actually 'consume' what they download, perhaps getting "50 top books" just to get the one they are after, and these authors are already riding on other people's coattails themselves, not really earning their own distribution - think about that!

These stupid authors even tried to get my Kindle to stop reading my own book out loud to me because they want royalties on a specially-purchased, additionally-purchased audio performance, as if raiding my bedroom to stop my grandma from reading bedtime stories to me.

These authors are embarrassingly rich creeps who are not trying to help the creative universe get respect, but only trying to protect their own bank accounts - their own non-editors do nto stop them from pumping out crap.

Shame on them.

I feel like editing their crappy books to make them so much better, and then Torrenting improved versions of their crap - let's start a movement where the Torrent version is so much better, edited by the crowd - v2, v3, and so on.

And, how ignorant can they be, neglecting the obvious world-wide potential in Torrent customers?
