Umm, the built in maps app is broken is not the same as "The iPhone Is Broken In India".

Also, go to AppStore, download a free app, when asked to create an account, you will be presented an option to say "No credit card".

If you set aside the pre-roll ad, do you really see more ads than what TV folks would see?

We don't get paid by TV advertisers when their ads show up on the web...so we have the choice to replace it with ads specifically for web (and we do that only when TV is in an ad break.) So you should never see more ads than what TV folks see.

As for overlaying on top of TV ads, we don't have enough inventory to completely fill up TV breaks right now...so choice is to show TV ads, or show black -- so we show TV ads when we don't have web ads.

Of course we are trying to educate traditional advertisers that on the web they can target their ads to the right audience. We can see the shift happen (albeit rather slowly), and you will see the experience get better over the next few months.
