Yeah, the singer was great, and they had another player dedicated to reeds (flute, sax, etc.) so it was a 6-piece band. Ponte Vedra Concert Hall (near Jacksonville, FL), a 1,000 seat house with state-of-the-art sound system.

Yeah, when Steve left the band it was hard for me to keep paying attention to the group. Plus I was a rock FM DJ for several years (before getting into tech & software) & I REALLY got tired of playing songs like Mama, That's All, Invisible Touch, etc. etc.

Saw Steve Hackett and his band perform a few months ago. It was fabulous -- 2nd half of the concert was all Genesis oldies including Supper's Ready

Headcount is not Clemson's problem.... student-body is larger every year. Application-to-acceptance ratio is about 8-1. Spending huge piles of money is their problem. Example: They just launched a new College of Veterinary Medicine. Brand-new state-of-the-art building. New faculty, staff, everything. It was an enormous expense that won't pay off for years.
