Hi Sam,

You're right that it doesn't work because of Cross-Domain problems that prevents loading your script from your server. Which is why it only works when uploading your script to each users Shopify instance, then calling it from there via the bookmarklet.

One way to get it to work is to compress and put all the code in the bookmarklet itself, but there is probably a limit to how much you can put in the bookmarklet url.

Another way is to create a Chrome plugin, which could load your code, but might still have problems with getting it approved because of external javascript sources.

This solution still works. Just make sure you replace src in your bookmarklet with the actual url to your code file in your shopify instance.

After creating the bookmarklet, I've changed the URL after src to the one on my shopify instance. Here is how my Chrome bookmarklet looks like with a sample URL. Note that I had to upload the code to my shopify files, to get the actual URL:

Doesn't work anymore. Need to load the code on your shopify store and reference your code.js file from the bookmarklet.

I've set the showCaption:'hover', but it always show for a brief moment, then goes away. This is the same behavior on your site. Using Mac/Safari 5.1.7.

Do you mean inter team communication? If so, we have a hugh focus on this and utilize tools such as Sharepoint and Yammer to facilitate.

I bet the live video stream at #kickoff2011 will not be shot from just one location. The conspiracy theorist in me, thinks there must be a second location.

This is a VERY needed service. I do a lot of music inspired videos. In fact ALL my videos from the past 10 yrs. have been music themed. However even for non-commercial work, it has been a fine line when using commercial music. I've resorted to writing my own music when absolutely required, but I don't have the time to do that and the video.

I only with the site was a bit faster. Even when launched, it was slow. Sometimes to the extent that it is unusable.
