There have been bot fights in the past here, but lazytweet tries to be bot aware by maintaining a blacklist and watching for common bot tweet patterns.

Have you tried PyDev on Eclipse? http://pydev.sourceforge.net/

I don't do a lot of python, but it did the job for building this site.

What element is the logo/background image attached to? If it's a link, you can try offsetting the text of the link off screen:

text-indent:-9999px;

The logo is the only visible/clickable part left.

The first question that pops in my head is if a site is supporting non-coder publishers, where's the CMS? Drupal, Wordpress, Expression Engine, whatever with some type of WYSIWY editor built in?

But, if you still gotta go that route, I think the answer is no. You could try MS's expression web maybe.
