PROBLEM SOLVED - I took my daughter to daycare and when I came back and refreshed the DISQUS Admin Moderate screen, clicking between Comments and Threads views, all my comments flowed in! What a relief.

Right on the money, Jason.

I loved my Zune (I am sad that its screen cracked recently). The user interface beat anything standard iPods ever fielded, it sounded better, and it had FM radio. I'll say it again, FM radio! I deleted all the videos from my Zune because watching anything on a 3-inch screen sucks. I never bought music from iTunes.

I just hated having to run the Zune Software through VMWare Fusion (I have a Mac). I still can't tell if the Zune software itself was a slug or if emulation slowed it down. I like how the Zune store carries huge, high-resolution cover art that you can download for your own rips if you know how.

I like Pandora, too, but iTune's Genius feature is simply that, genius. My experience with Genius was loads better what Zune's MixView gave me. So yeah, Zune should copy Genius or Pandora.

Improvements? I'd like to see the DISQUS COMMENTS button removed. I think it's enough to have "blog comments powered by DISQUS" displayed at the bottom.

Congrats for another deployment, guys!

I've been using StoryMaps for a while and love it. Implement one additional feature and it'll be perfect: The place name associated with a pin should display when the user hovers the mouse over it.

Resurrecting this thread because switching on the Disqus plugin for WordPress (v. 2.03-3166) causes some 30 extra XHTML 1.0 Transitional validation errors (on top of 15 I get without Disqus). That's using http://validator.w3.org on http://www.columbiacityblog.com/

Had Disqus not fixed this in the current version, or is this something else?

Yup, Bond had become cringe-worthy until "Casino Royale" rebooted things. The new films are grittier, like the Bourne films. Daniel Craig was the controversial choice for the new Bond. He has a boxer's face, a poet's soul, terrific intensity. And did you see Eva Green as Vesper Lynd? Yow.

Aren't they great? At Lottie's Lounge, Sarah always takes care of me and she's so much fun. And at Gather, Jenn and Josie are just the best.

Stop by Columbia City more often. But don't stop doing the Georgetown thing, because I experience Georgetown vicariously through you!
