Like the Bride-Groom that will come at an unexpected hour, or the thief in the night, when that rain came, some were well prepared and didn't get wet, while others were caught unaware, and still others enjoyed not being prepared.

It breaks your heart when you see people in situations where they would be unprepared, while I too, try to make make sure I've got my umbrella, poncho, boots etc... We can never get complacent, never think we can't or won't be caught in the storm unprepared, just because we've had the 'gear in the car for years' and eventually stop double checking it. Constant preparation and evaluation of your own life is needed (who wouldn't want to be as prepared as possible?), as is alerting those around us of the inevitability of needing that final preparation.

Re: Web development is changing to meet mobile needs

i disagree. the html 5 etc. will be the future of apps... they will truely be cross platform, where the actual apps for particular sdks require much more effort to get them on most phones....

bad logic on your part.

Re: Most Startups Should be Deer Hunters

totally agree.

Re: Shooting video: iPod Nano vs the rest - Recombu :: read > compare > buy

the nano video looked great in my opinion.

Re: The Return of the HREF - The Sammy Javascript Microframework

this is absolutely awesome.

Re: Dropbox enables effortless upload to OurDoings

sweet

Re: The technology behind Tornado, FriendFeed's web server - Bret Taylor's blog

very very cool

Re: Your idea will probably change : averyBlog

"failure, its just the quickest way to learn."
