This type of headline is why The Hill will always just be a lowly rag. A frank discussion; an important one (though seemingly premature) that is talk, planning and outlook. Very little recrimination actually. Just frustration that Dems didn’t do better. Natural.

The explanation is many of the states you mentioned are statistically largely blue or red. So less ballots are counted but the numbers are more definitive.
