These two are part of the first generation of Studio C, a family-friendly comedy sketch show put out by BYUtv. I was doubtful about the sounds of it too until we started watching it with my 9yo son. The sketches are clever, well-produced and among a cast of talented performers, Call and Everton are consistently the two funniest on the show. I can't wait to see this movie.

You have to wonder if anyone involved in this production has ever *actually* been to Ireland? Even Dornan's accent is awful and he's from Northern Ireland. This is Ireland as Hollywood imagines it to be. Very funny in that respect.

Two very recent recommendations: I watched Ballerina's Tale last night ( http://www.aballerinastale.... ) and was awestruck. Amazing even if you don't think you like ballet. Misty Copeland's leg muscles alone are worth it. ;)

And then in terms of reading fiction, my book club just finished Trigger Warning by Neil Gaiman. It's a collection of short stories and way darker than I normally choose, but Gaiman's ability to immerse the reader in such different situations is staggering. Plus reading his stuff inspires me as a writer and gives me permission to weave a touch of fantasy into my stories.

Yes to all of this. Before giving me Fitbit wrist (a real thing which I'm still traumatized by), my Fitbit was making me way crazy. But especially in the "friendly competition" arena. I found myself stalking one of my friends, checking on her repeatedly over the course of the day, and getting mad when she pulled ahead in the rankings. No more of that nonsense for me.

The Hoedown was so much fun! I've never been a witness to, or a judge at, any kind of live Crossfit competition. It was more amazing than I would've guessed. The heart, the strength and the smiles were super inspiring. Great work Shane & Ali! Totally awesome event!

My office is above the Cheesecake Factory and while I don't eat there, I see so many tourists flocking in. With all the awesome local restaurants on Pearl street, it boggles my mind. I have heard that Europeans like going there to get the "real" American dining experience: huge portions, a 15-page menu & majorly xtreme eating. So glad that this is what American food is known for around the world. Scary.
