I couldn't say. I haven't tried it while doing any sports. As far as being used after being in intense heat, I'm no doctor so I have no answer for that. Check out the product site and see if there's any information on that.

Lately my skin has been looking quite awful and a few pesky blemishes have started to arise. I blame it on long hour work days too. I'm looking for a good acne product to get my skin back to being blemish-free. This sounds like a great product to try for my own skin.

Yes it would be fantastic! Being a mom of two, Michelle Obama looks healthy and fit. It's good to hear that she dedicates time during her busy schedule to work out. I don't have kids and I'm not as busy as her yet I rarely workout. I should take a few pointers from her. :)
