For interface and video quality, Vimeo wins.
But for total content and sharing, it's hard to beat the YouTube

Until they develop creative pro-sumer tools for photo editing, movie making, etc. I won't be ditching my Mac, but for any student, small business starting up in the near future, this is going to be the way to go. Still, some will be wary of the cloud.

I use the NYTimes app a few times a day. I load the stories on the walk to the subway and then read the "paper" on the subway. The facebook app is nice too. I wish tweetdeck had the ability to update fb status and twitter like on the desktop app (i use duo instead).

Pass and play scrabble at home is a favorite.

Nice list Max. I'm a big fan of IntenseDebate over disqus since it's now more integrated with WordPress.
Also, hard to live without runPHP as well.
